I had a great experience at Moxie- Clifton! Recently, I had a terrible hair experience at a different salon. I went to get my balayage redone and get my roots back to blonde. I walked out with literally green hair. I saw a promotion going on at Moxie & I inquired right away. Everything from making the appointment to checking out was a breeze. I had a very sweet lady named Michelle walk me through a consultation before even touching my hair. We discussed what could be accomplished that day and what I couldn’t do being that my hair was ruined from the previous salon I went to. Michelle turned my green hair back into a bright blonde & added some highlights & lowlights to give it some warm undertones. She was so patient as we had to get the green tint out of my hair even before starting the actual process. 5 hours later and I was so happy with the end result. She really took her time. I can’t wait to go back in a few months. I feel confident they will get me to the blonde tone I want to be. But for now and for the sake of my hair, we found something that I am happy with and something that is in the middle so I can try to keep my hair healthy after all the chemical processing. 10/10 recommend Michelle, she has the experience that you look for in a hairdresser. Very knowledgeable!

SOOOOOO CRAZY! I never thought i was going to cut my hair like this, I cried the whole time because it was a extreme change, i told this james I wasn’t going to look myself in the mirror until he was done and wow when i saw the results I loved it, i cut 22 inches he did it so good exactly how I asked him, such a professional and perfectionist guy, mi cabello jamas había estado en mejores manos!

I cannot explain what an amazing experience I had at Moxie. I had a horrible hair experience at another salon the day before and Bri and April didn’t hesitate to take me in right away and put me at ease. They explained step by step what they could do to help me and paired me with Mustafa who literally was a life saver. He took so much time to make sure it was right. The color correction was amazing, better than I ever imagined. Thanks for being there for me Moxie!

Great customer service! The receptionist Donna is amazing. She handles last minute changes like a champion under pressure. There have been staff changes which are not good but all of the hair dressers are competent in their skills. So I can't complaint. I recommend getting the membership,it's well worth the price!
