Overall availability is great! Not too long ago I had the genius idea of dying my hair purple and let's just say it was AWFUL! I went to Val at Moxie since she is amazing and a perfectionist! I knew she would be able to help me. It took over 5 hours to get the color out and fix my hair. Val did everything possible and would not give up on making me happy even after hours and hours of stubborn hair dye. Val made sure to get the purple out without completely destroying my hair. After the purple was finally out Val did beautiful color and an amazing cut. Every time I go to Val she listens to what I want, gives professional (and awesome!) advice and makes sure I am happy with the service. Val is a fabulous stylist and overall genuine person---I can't sing her praises enough!(Wish I knew how to post pictures, but once I figure it out I'll post her amazing work!!)

Second time visiting this Moxie, such a better experience than the first. My stylist, Fausto, was amazing!!!! Love love loved him, he is what made this a 4-star review. My first visit included the stylist being 5 minutes late to work, only lasting about 25 minutes for a subpar blowout and 2 words of conversation (not even genuine lol). Her impression was so lasting, don't even remember her name-- let's call her Miserable. Fausto, on the other hand, was amazing. Came over to greet me, shook my hand, was chatting with me with genuine interest. Even his station had cute Halloween decor. It just seemed like he cared more. I ALSO was there for a little under an hour for a blowout. Amazing, did not feel rushed one bit. I couldn't be happier. He was meticulous and paid close attention to detail (even round-brushed and flat ironed my baby hairs). From now on, I'll be asking for him!
I had my hair done by Manda, I think? She was very nice. My hair was fairly damaged walking in. She used some leave in conditioner, cut layers exactly how I asked. She did an amazing job. Even blow drying it so my hair would curl and the layers would show.
My hair felt so soft and healthy when I left. Thank you Moxie!!!
This review is for blow outs with Tina. I've been to a lot of different stylists at this and the Ridgewood location over the past couple years and Tina became my go-to. She listens to what I want, remembers how we've done it in the past, and will spend the extra time if need be. She's a very nice person and always a pleasure. I highly recommend her.
Roy is a fabulous hairdresser and stylist. My only issue is he is too busy and I can't get appointment.
The price to pay for a fantastic guy but he is worth the wait. Couldn't recommend moxie fair lawn enough.

I usually go to Moxie Saddle Brook, because it's close to home. My daughter was going to get a hair cut and 2 braids for her birthday. Unfortunately, her stylist was no longer available, so we called Moxie Fairlawn. At Fairlawn they took us both, last minute, gave my daughter a beautiful cut and the beautiful braids she wanted. I still love SB Moxie, but I am super happy with the service and team that helped us out. I cannot remmeber my daughter's stylists' name so I am so sorry, but shout out to Heather for assisting with the braids and Derdra for my glaze and awesome blowout! You ladies are super sweet, professional and helpful!
