Go see jeanna - she is a no fuss stylist and does a perfect job every time. I love her for blonde highlights, blowouts and styling. Salon is pristine and always accommodating (esp since I reschedule all the time due to a busy family / kid life!)

Kelly gave me a spray tan today it came out absolutely amazing!! It looks so natural and my skin is glowing 10/10 recommend to keep that flawless tan all year round

I came here for my first appointment last Saturday afternoon to get my hair done for a friend's wedding. There is limited street parking, which can be hard to find especially on a weekend. I chose to park in a lot about 2 blocks away. I only had to wait a few minutes before Lexie came over to get started. She asked how I would like my hair to be done and we talked about it for a couple of minutes. While getting my blow out, another girl, Courtney, came over to ask if I wanted complimentary eye makeup so I said sure. Courtney did a great job applying makeup while my head was bobbing around as Lexie was doing my hair. Clearly she's experienced at working in challenging situations, and I loved how the colors she used made my green eyes pop! Everyone was very friendly and it felt like I was in and out of here in a flash! As this was my first time getting a blow out here, something I don't normally do for myself, I was very impressed how cute my hair turned out! I highly recommend anyone to come here!!

I also used a groupon to get my hair cut highlited toned and a blow out and i loved how my hair turned out. Ever since then i have been coming to this salon. Never again will i go to any other salon !

I’ve been going to Moxie for the last few years primarily for blowouts. This week Shelly did a full head of highlights on me. The result is beautiful, chic and natural. I get compliments on my hair daily. Such a nice refresh for the holidays.

Dana from Moxie turned my old, brassy bayleige into a gorgeous set of highlights! If you want your dream blonde - request her. She does exactly what YOU want and gives you her honest opinion for any adjustments. I added the glaze ($39) and more foils since the Groupon only includes 50 for a full highlight. I arrived around 5 pm and left at 8:45, because she took her time and wanted everything perfect. I'm so happy with the results - pictures don't lie! Rebecca did my haircut and she was super quick and did exactly what I had in mind. The staff was all so friendly and made it feel like I had a girls night in getting all our hair done. Definitely will be going back!

I had a great experience here. Gia gave me an amazing single process color, cut, and blowout.i will definitely be going back to her from now on!! Also, she gave me honest and genuine advice about my hair and didn't just try to sell me unnecessary services to make more money. Loved her!

I am a very low maintenance sort of gal, however my teenage daughter is quite the beauty queen. I found Moxie while strolling through Montclair and decided to check them out. I feel compelled to write this review because I have had quite a different experience than some of the others who have posted about it. My first visit was to a wonderful girl named Janice for a simple straight blow dry ( I have very curly hair).. when I came in to check them out and make this appointment I was given a complimentary card for my return visit! FREE in 2015?! I must be dreaming. Janice was wonderful and took time to straighten my unruly hair and even suggest some smoothing products for me to take home. I do not attempt to do this myself so I politely declined. I did, however purchase an amazing package of 5 blow drys for only$99.00 !! It keeps getting better!!! Yesterday, my daughter was graduating from 8th grade - huge- we went into Moxie to have her hair blown dry. She did not make an appointment for an updo (as they call it) - however decided last minute she wanted this done...With no available technicians to do this at that time (they were packed with prom and grad princesses) the manager offered to pin up her hair for her! She did an amazing job and my daughter is hard to please!!!! They helped us out and did so with a smile! The manager was so helpful and even refused a tip for herself. The only warnings I would give are allow extra time for parking, make an appointment ahead of time on the weekends and opt for the blow dry package to save money!!! We love Moxie and will be returning next week. I have an appointment for a cut with Cynthia!!
